Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

You are advised to always retain a copy of your transaction receipt.

We will e-mail you a confirmation of order within 24 hours of receiving your order, if any of the goods are not immediately available, we will immediately inform you of the expected delivery times

We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard, due to new online banking procedures all orders are charged on placement of your order.

You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet.

After placing your order, should you need to enquire about any part of that order customers can expect a response to email and telephone enquiries within a maximum of 48 hours.

Shipping And Handling

Orders are shipped via our shipping agents (usually the Post Office or Interlink Express Carriers) and require a signature on delivery, should the recipient not be in to sign for the goods a contact card will be left for the recipient to re-arrange delivery or collection.

Instructions to "leave the goods in a shed, a garrage or round the back" cannot be accepted.

We make a small charge for packing.

Please note that because we are a V.A.T. registered business we are obliged to include 17.5% V.A.T. on all shipping charges.

All prices advertised on our website are inclusive of v.a.t. at the standard rate.

Delivery charges to the following U.K. areas are :

Isle of Man £16.00

Isle of Wight £16.00

Unless already listed on our automated shipping schedule, or above, parcels over 2 kilos, i.e. skates, hockey lockers e.t.c. sent to the following postcodes will incur an additional delivery surcharge :

BT (N Ireland) (£18 Surcharge)

GY / JE (Channel Islands) (£10 Surcharge)

ZE (Isle of Scilly) (£16 Surcharge)

Should these surcharges apply to your order we will inform you first before shipping.

International customers should contact us first before placing an order for confirmation and shipping prices.

Delivery Schedule

In stock items can be shipped out the same working day, if ordered before 1pm. All deliveries are on a "working day" basis, Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days

Saturday deliveries can be arranged by special request but at a much higher cost.

Part orders will be shipped or held for complete fulfilment depending upon the status of the order and at our discretion.

Products that are bought in will be delivered usually within 7 - 10 working days (inland).On the few occasions that the delivery time is extended we will inform you by e-mail. International orders take a little longer, however we will inform you by e-mail with delivery times where necessary.

Please note that all delivery services are subject to stock availabiliy and we will inform you accordingly should stock not be immediately available.

Charges for shipping services are based on the type of delivery service offered and not speed of service.

For example, an order with a 24 hour shipping may take 48 hours to forfill but will be then be dispatched on a 24 hour carrier.
Back Orders

Should your order be out of stock, we will back order it for you .You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Order cancellation - non stock items that have been specially ordered from our North American suppliers may be cancelled BEFORE they are shipped to us, however cancellation of items in transit to us or already received by us, could incur a 25% handling charge.
Tax Charges

V.A.T.(where applicable) is charged at the standard rate and is included in all prices advertised on our website.

Invoices showing the V.A.T. breakdown can be supplied on request.

All of your personal information and payment details relating to orders placed at our online shop are fully encrypted by our Actinic Shop software.

Warranty covers defective material or defective workmanship.

Should your purchase be faulty on receipt or become faulty within a 7 day period (from receipt of goods), we will (subject to inspection by ourselves) refund or replace the item.

Should your purchase become faulty after this period we reserve the right to have the item repaired or replaced at our or the manufacturers discretion.

Please note that due to the nature of the sport, hockey sticks, shafts and blades do not carry any guarantee against breakage.

We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

Returns Policy

You may return an item within 14 days of purchase for any reason providing that the item is not used, scuffed, scratched, dirty or packaging destroyed so that we cannot sell again as new and that you contact our returns dept by email (sales@crazykennys.com) or telephone + 44 (0) 1909 488 666 to obtain our authorisation.

On receipt of the returned item(s) and subject to our inspection we will be prepared to exchange or refund the item providing that it is returned at the customers expense.

Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. We recommend that you use Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
