No,
we are a mail order business, however we do have callers by
appointment. |

are your opening hours? |
Our
hours of business are:
Monday / Friday: 9am to 5pm
Visits: By appointment only.
Sat/Sun: We do not open Sat / Sun except by prior arrangement. |

you have a shop in any other location in the U.K? |
Our
mail order facility is centrally located in the middle of
the U.K. and is highly able to service the whole of the country. |

Where
are you located? |
We
are located in Worksop which is on the North Nottinghamshire
/ SouthYorkshire border.We are 15 miles south of Sheffield
and 34 miles north of Nottingham. |

How
long will it take for my order to arrive? |
Stock
orders placed before 12 noon (weekdays) will be shipped the
same day.Orders sent by Recorded Delivery take 2 – 3
days, orders by Standard Carrier are shipped on a next (working
day) delivery service. |

What
if the item is out of stock? |
We
will inform you if ordered items are out of stock and will
advise on the estimated delivery time. |

How
do you calculate the delivery costs? |
Costs
are calculated on the combined weight of the order. Orders
under 2 kilo go by post and orders over 2 kilo go by carrier. |

When
you deliver can you leave the package : In the garage, around
the back, through a hole in the gate, in the conservatorty
e.t.c. e.t.c. |
Sorry
no, we use a "signed for" service, if no one is
in then a card is left, you must then contact the depot to
re-arrange delivery. |

you ship Internationally? |
Yes
we always welcome International orders, however we do ask
that customers from International destinations contact us
first for order confirmation and shipping prices. |

your prices in U.S. Dollars? |

no, all our products are priced in GBP (Great Britain Pounds).To

you give discounts for team purchases? |
We
offer rock bottom prices to everyone however in the case of
team bulk buys prices may be negotiable in certain circumstances. |

no, we much prefer to offer our Sponsorship to league competitions
and knock out tournaments, this way we feel that the many
benefit and not just the few. |
