Opening a team account. We will open your team account and send over your login and password details. This will allow yourself and the team to enjoy the benefit of a preferential discount of 5% off all of our already low priced hockey gear that’s listed on our website. (Does not apply to special deals and closeout items). Below we’ve provided information and screenshots to help you get started. To access your account click the large red Shop button on the CrazyKennys home page, this will take you to the shopping category section of the website (image 1). Image 1. Once on the shopping category page you can login by clicking onto the red login text situated to the right of the checkout icon (image 2). Image 2. You can also access the login area from any product section of the shop (i.e. skates, protective, NHL, Goalie e.t.c.) - just look for the red login text at the top right of the page. To log into your account enter the username and password that we have provided (image 3) – you can choose a different password at any time by emailing your new choice to us, a confirmation email will be sent to you by return as soon as the new password becomes active. Image 3. Please note that login is “Case Sensitive” your details must be entered exactly as you received them or entry will be denied. When logged in you will notice the “welcome to (Team Name)” text just above the product icons, this will confirm that you are correctly logged into your account (image 4). Also, the text below the red login text “now serving (team name)” denotes that you are logged in correctly, should you make a purchase, it will show the number of items ordered and the order value. Image 4. You can then “shop till your drop” or simply roam the website, check out the prices and purchase whatever you require. When selecting an item to purchase, the item, the retail price and your discounted price will be clearly indicated (image 5). Image 5. Your shopping cart will list all of your selected items, the price of each item will be indicated with the 5% discount already deducted (image 6). Image 6. Note : Our prices always include v.a.t. at the appropriate rate. When proceeding to the checkout section you will find two invoice address choices, the first will be the account contact, the second will be for other team members (image 7). Please note that the top “user” address is for our admin records only and becomes totally inactive when not selected. Important, as would happen with any normal payment transaction – the invoice address should match the details of the purchasers credit/debit card or Paypal account, otherwise the transaction will be rejected. Image 7. The rest of the payment procedure is as per the normal transaction method (image 8). Image 8. A confirmation of purchase email will be sent to you as soon as payment has be processed.
